Help

Everything runs on this site: sign in with your email, join, vote, pay, get the COA.

Signing in

How do I sign in?

Go to Sign in, enter your email, and we send you a code. Type it in (or tap the link in the email) and you’re in. There’s no password to make up, and the first sign-in creates your account.

The code didn’t arrive

Check your spam or junk folder — the email comes from Group Lab Tests. Give it a minute, then tap Send a new code. Only the newest code works.

I used Telegram before

Every member needs a Telegram username — it’s how your organizer knows who’s who on the website and in the Telegram groups. After you sign in with your email, the site asks for it before anything else, and you verify it with Loretta, our Telegram bot. Enter the same username you used before: the organizer confirms it’s you and moves your spots, votes and credit over — usually within a day. You can change it later under My lab → Your details.

Joining a test

How do I join?

On Open tests, open your group buy, tick the tests for the batches you bought and tap Join it (or Join all) on the bar at the bottom — or open a test and tap Join this test (free). Joining is free; you pay nothing until sign-ups close, and the price per person drops as more people join.

Can I leave?

Yes, while sign-ups are open: Leave this test on the test page or in My lab. After they close, message the organizer.

Votes

What are the votes?

Each test can have a lab vote (which lab runs it) and a test vote (what gets tested — purity, content, endotoxin, and so on). You vote on the test page or from My lab, and can change your vote until it closes.

How does “in if half tick it” work?

In a test vote you tick every test you want. A test makes it onto the panel when at least half the people who voted ticked it. Extra tests add to the lab price, so the page shows what each one adds per person.

Roll call

What is a roll call?

Before payments open, the organizer asks everyone “are you still in?”. You get an email with one-tap answers (Still in / Maybe / Out), and the same buttons are on the test page. Answering keeps everyone else’s share from jumping at payment time.

Vial donors

How does donating a vial work?

The lab needs a sealed vial from the batch. Tick I can send a sealed vial when you join (or on the test page later) and the organizer sends you the shipping address. Donors get a discount on their share — usually 40% off; the test page shows the exact amount — but only if the vial isn’t replaced (if the vendor or someone else supplies the vial instead, the discount doesn’t apply).

Paying

When and how do I pay?

When sign-ups close, your exact amount appears in My lab with a pay link. Depending on the test you either pay through the lab’s link (then paste the Reference or Order # from your receipt and tap I’ve sent $…), or send USDC to the wallet shown and paste the transaction hash. Several tests in one group buy can be paid in one transfer.

Why is my payment “awaiting confirmation”?

Pay-link payments, and USDC sent from an address that isn’t saved on your account, are confirmed by the organizer — usually within a day. Save the wallet you pay from and USDC payments confirm instantly.

Getting the COA

Where are the results?

When the lab finishes, everyone who paid sees Open COA in My lab and on the test page, plus the lab’s own verification link where it offers one. Results belong to the people who paid; they’re private to the group unless the organizer makes a test public on Results.
